We offer on-site parking for €20/night — no prior booking needed, just pull in. Staying longer? Our monthly parking pass at €160 is the smarter move.
We also have electric vehicle charging points available. Ask at reception for details.
OTA Street Parking €3.85/day
There's public street parking right around us under the OTA system, at just €3.85/day. Payment by cash, card, or the elParking app.
One thing to keep in mind: the ticket cannot be extended until it expires. And please don't leave valuables visible in the car.
Parking Fines
Got a fine? It happens. Here's how to pay it online — follow each step carefully as the website may appear in Spanish or Basque.
- Click the link below to open the payment portal
- Click "Comenzar" under the "PAGO ONLINE" — "TELEMÁTICO" section
- On your fine, find "DATOS DEL PROCESO DEL COBRO" — look for "PAGO BONIFICADO" (usually €22 in our area — this is the early payment discount). Just below it you'll see "ENTIDAD", "REFERENCIA" and "IDENTIFICACIÓN"
- Enter those details to access the payment window and complete your payment
